The Positions:

We are seeking several experienced Rig Supervisors with a proven track record of accomplishments to support various high profile and emerging plays for the company, to include areas in North Texas, West Texas, East Texas, and Louisiana.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and direction on the rig; execute the drilling plan on-time and within budget; ensure EHS objectives are met and exceeded.

Must Have’s:

  • Minimum of seven years experience as a drilling supervisor with a proven track record of accomplishments; deep, high pressure, hot hole, tight gas sand onshore drilling operations experience preferred.

  • Strong EHS experience/background; must be able to demonstrate competencies with respect to EHS in all drilling operations.

  • Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Commitment to EnCana Expectations and passionate desire for continuous improvement in these areas.

  • Ability to satisfy US Department of Justice requirements with or without assistance from EnCana.
